Our client is seeking a successful Air Freight Sales Representative to
expand business in their San Francisco Bay market.
Would you enjoy a base salary ranging from $60K to $75K+ with a great
commission/bonus structure that could potentially earn you up to seven
figures? Are you an experienced outside sales representative in the
Air Freight industry? Could you benefit from having a car allowance,
mileage compensation, entertainment compensation, matching 401k and a

culture. Our client has grown in a niche market and is now looking
for a successful sales exec to help continue their success. As a
result of their success over the past few years, they have become more
efficient/productive which means they now have more capacity to sell.
This is a new position.
About this opportunity:
Prospect and sell our services to potential business customers within
your existing territory.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers. Manage your sales territory.
Make sales presentations, follow-up with potentials and maintain high
customer retention level.
Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with customers.
Consistently bring a minimum gross profit margin of $100,000 per month.
What You Need To Qualify:
(5) years sales experience in Air Freight/Air Express in the San
Francisco Bay area
Proven success meeting sales goals in previous roles, and a strong
desire to win
Impressive listening skill and able to demonstrate customer
responsiveness on your own
High integrity, self driven and interested in transcending yourself
Ability to accept challenges and hit the ground running
What's In It For You:
Excellent base salary, ranging from $60k - $75k (based on experience)
Aggressive commission/bonus program (6% to 30% of monthly gross profit)
