Title Bill Review Analyst
Position Overview Responsible for overall performance and management of BHHC bill review vendor(s). Actual bill review production not part of general job duties, however, requires expert-level of technical knowledge. Position will require semi annual audits of BHHC Bill Review vendor(s).
Responsibilities • Ensures appropriate quality of vendor(s) work product through implementation and monitoring of technical and analytical audit program.
• Performs statistical analysis of vendor work product to ensure proper and consistent recommended fee schedule reductions with appropriate corresponding payments/fees.
• Collaborate with BHHC Bill Review vendor(s) to maximize fee schedule reductions, appropriate PPO penetration and calculation of PPO savings.
Requirements • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Fifth year college or university program certificate; or seven+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
